PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Java Developer Junior!

Your mission:



Develop reusable code and libraries for future use.

Deliver backend code that is well-designed, testable, and aligned with standards.

Integrate IoT devices and software into a complete system.

Collaborate closely with other team members.

Support daily tasks within the Feature Team.


















Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2 years of experience in backend development with Java.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

Experience with API integration, relational databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Experience working with products in both quality assurance and production environments.

A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Job Description
You will play a critical role in managing global SAP Roles & Authorizations projects, delivering tailored solutions, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

In your new role you will:
Lead and support global Roles & Authorizations projects , whilst steering service providers and external consultants
Adapt Agile Frameworks and Principles , facilitate Agile ceremonies, communication and collaboration between stakeholders, team members and product owner
Provide consulting to Business and IT functional lines as well as SAP end users in Roles & Authorizations processes
Design, develop, test and maintain SAP GRC and Roles & Authorizations solutions
Collaborate with business customers, IT teams and service providers to ensure the quality of the delivered solutions
Establish and maintain monitoring solutions and key performance indicators to track the status and performance of projects, identify trends for improvement
Maintain and continuously improve Roles & Authorizations processes within existing technologies, adapting new ways of working (e.g. AI agents, chatbots)

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Degree in IT, Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar
At least 5 years of experience with SAP roles and authorizations , including design and development of authorization concepts and technical solutions
Experience in SAP GRC AC 12.0 - experience with older versions or other SAP GRC solutions (e.g. Process Control, Risk Management) is an advantage
Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects
Experience in implementing risk and compliance frameworks
Experience in managing complex projects in a multinational environment
Experience with Agile Frameworks and Principles (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) - SAFe knowledge or certification is an advantage
Extensive knowledge of technical SAP Security solutions
Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools, (e.g. Tableau , Power BI ) is an advantage
Ability to create and review policies, guidelines and processes
Strong communication skills, being able to present complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
Fluency in English
